Job Objectives:

• To provide support to CFIL in reviewing & preparing Know Your Customer files for compliance, scanning and filing

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• File existing Investor / Agent Anti-Money Laundering (AML) folders in the order specified by the department.
• Review existing Investor / Agent AML folders for compliance with Anti-Money Laundering & Know Your Customer requirements.
• Advise RCM of any issues/areas of non compliance.
• Under the direction of the RCM, contact Investors / Agents to obtain any outstanding documentation.
• Prepare AML folders for review and scanning.
• Scan all documentation.
• Prepare new Investor / Agent AML folders for filing and file in the order specified by the department.
• Prepare periodic activity reports for Risk & Compliance department and Senior Management as and when required.

Job Attributes:

Job Knowledge / Technical Skills / Qualifications

• Ideally two years experience in a Financial Services environment.
• Understanding of the Know-Your-Customer requirements under Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
• Intermediate to Advanced Word, Excel, Access & Powerpoint.

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to work both as part of a team and on own initiative
