Cryptologic Ltd - Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Tester: Location - Dublin 2 [REF: Crypt-CJ-030]
Rate
€18-24 per hour - outside contractor rate
Main areas of responsibility
- Testing of key and non-key SOX controls for the fiscal year ending 31 December
- Identify test failures and plans for remediation
- Revise process narratives to reflect current procedures
- Work in conjunction with the Internal Audit/SOX Manager and Finance staff
- Have work up to a standard that’s presentable to external auditors
Knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Excellent written English, and verbal
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools - Excel, Word, Outlook, and Visio
- Previous IT testing experience is a plus
Qualifications & Experience
- Part or newly Qualified – ACCA or ACA
- Ideal candidate will have been through an entire yearly SOX cycle – design, effectiveness, remediation, effectiveness re-testing, and final reporting/agreement with external auditors
