TERMS & CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

 

These Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy are applicable to all our* courses, seminars, briefings and other events we organise (‘Events’).   These terms are available at http://www.complianceireland.com/Events_Term_Cancel.html

 

Obligation to Pay

Bookings for any Event must be paid for in advance unless agreed otherwise in writing.

A booking for an Event creates legally binding obligations irrespective of your attendance on the day.

A place for an Event is confirmed and your obligation to pay the relevant Event fee is due and payable immediately (unless we agree otherwise in writing) upon you, subject to our Cancellation Policy below:

  • making a booking in writing to our postal address, fax or email address advertised for the Event; and/or
  • making an on-line payment via our website (or payment service provider’s website) for an Event. 

 

Invoices: Some of our Events are invoiced upon the making of your booking.  In such circumstances the invoice reconfirms your payment obligation.  Invoices will be sent to you by return email, post or fax.

 

Please inform us of any purchase order number from your employer. You can inform us of purchase order numbers by emailing trainadmin@complianceireland.com.

The content, speakers and partners published in our promotional (and our partner’s material) is meant as a guide only and is subject to change. We also reserve the right to alter the content and/or cancel scheduled courses and change pre-notified training venues.

 

Cancellations

By us: Where Compliance Ireland cancels an Event a full refund will be made. However under no circumstances are we liable for your costs and expenses, including transportation and cancellation costs thereof, where we cancel an Event and/or change venues.

 

By attendee: Transfers and Cancellations (including cancellation of invoices) are subject to the following:

 

28 days before Event

Transfers: Attendees may transfer to any other same price or cheaper course being held within 6 months of the Event. Where the course you transfer to is a more expensive course, you must pay the difference. You must make your transfer booking within 28 days of the Event date (from which you are transferring from). No administration fee will be charged

 

Cancellations:  A cancellation will incur a fee equal to 15% of the Event fee.

15 - 28 days before Event

Transfers: Attendees may transfer to any other same price or cheaper course being held within 6 months of the Event. Where the course you transfer to is a more expensive course you must pay the difference. You must make your transfer booking within 28 days of the Event date (from which you are transferring from). An administration charge of €150 will be charged (but this charge will not exceed the price of the Event fee).

 

Cancellations: A cancellation will incur a fee equal to 50% of the Event fee.

8 - 14 days before Event

Transfers: Attendees may transfer to any other same price or cheaper course being held within 6 months of the Event. Where the course you transfer to is a more expensive course you must pay the difference. You must make your transfer booking within 28 days of the Event date (from which you are transferring from). An administration charge of €150 will be charged (but this charge will not exceed the price of the Event fee).

 

Cancellations: A cancellation will incur a fee equal to 75% of the Event fee.

7 - 1 days before Event

Transfers: Attendees may transfer to any other same price or cheaper course being held within 6 months of the Event. Where the course you transfer to is a more expensive course you must pay the difference. You must make your transfer booking within 28 days of the Event date (from which you are transferring from). An administration charge of €200 will be charged (but this charge will not exceed the price of the Event fee).

 

Cancellations: A cancellation will incur a fee equal to 100% of the Event fee.

To have your transfer or cancellation processed please send it to us by email (trainadmin@complianceireland.com), fax +353 1 633 5005 or post to Compliance Ireland, Lower Ground Floor, 13 Adelaide Road, Dublin 2, Ireland. You are responsible for ensuring that your transfer or cancellation is received by us.  So please call us on +353 1 425 5962 to confirm that your transfer or cancellation has been received.

 

Substitution: You can substitute another person if you cannot attend a course. There is no charge for substitution.

 

 

Data Protection: For collection of payment it is necessary to provide us with a contact name and number of your accounts payable department. To read more about how we process you personal data please click here.

 

Certificate of Attendance: A certificate of attendance is provided where you require one and is normally issued within two weeks of an Event.  Click here to read more about claiming CPD where applicable.

 

* ‘We, us, our’ means Compliance Ireland Regulatory Services Limited, City Compliance Regulatory Services Limited and Peter Oakes and Kevin O’Doherty trading as Compliance Ireland.
