Main Areas of Responsibility:

•Testing of key and non-key Internal Audit/SOX controls for the fiscal year ending 31 December •

Identify test failures and plans for remediation •Revise process narratives to reflect current procedures
•Work with the Internal Audit/SOX Manage, as well as Finance and IT staff
•Have work up to a standard that’s presentable to external auditors

Knowledge:
•Strong interpersonal and communications skills
•Excellent written English, and verbal
•Proficiency with Microsoft tools - Excel, Word, Outlook, and Visio
•Previous IT testing experience is a plus

Qualifications and Experience:

•Part or newly Qualified – ACCA or ACA
•Ideal candidate will have been through an entire yearly SOX cycle – design, effectiveness, remediation, effectiveness re-testing, and ongoing reporting to independent auditors

Availability:

•Mid-August or early September 2011

Duration:

•Potentially until March 2012, with room for flexibility during the fiscal year
