2011-09-21 Omnibus II Directive Compromise Proposal

The Hungarian Presidency of the EU has unveiled a Compromise Proposal of amendment to the draft Omnibus II Directive. This draft directive contains measures amending the Solvency II Directive which affects insurers and re-insurers.
