  • the Criminal Justice (Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing) Act 2010;
  • the Criminal Justice Act 2013;         
  • Transposition of the 4th EU AML Directive;
  • Sanctions Lists requirements;         
  • Guidelines and Guidance Notes;             
  • Central Bank’s AML/CFT Inspection Reports;
  • Enforcement and investigative powers of Garda and Central Bank including relevant Enforcement Actions
